Procurement Executive- Fresher

As a Procurement Executive at ALIENS GROUP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials for the company's operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching potential vendors and suppliers, locating vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interviewing them to determine product availability and terms of sales. - Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment, negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing. - Representing the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers, as well as comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers. - Reviewing, evaluating, and approving specifications for issuing and awarding bids, preparing bid awards requiring board approval. - Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery, monitoring incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and noting actual arrival time. - Collaborating with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters. - Performing risk management for supply contracts and agreements, including preparing Comparative Statements and analyzing quotations. - Analyzing market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability. - Providing purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. - Controlling spend and fostering a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
