Job Post: Procurement Executive Location: Bhopal Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-7 years’ experience of purchase or procurement or relevant field. With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, products, and services required for operations. · Maintain and update supplier and vendor databases. · Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. · Analyze and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness. · Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking. · Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree. A degree in supply chain management, business administration will be preferred. · 3-7 years of experience in procurement or relevant field (preferably in the FMCG, food industry or hospitality). · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, tally and excel. · Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
