Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and periodic review of internal control frameworks across key functions such as procurement, contracts, billing, finance, HR, and stores within the Independent Company.

Conduct control validations through field visits, document checks, system audits, and process observations to assess the effectiveness of existing controls and identify deviations.

Support internal and external audit processes by coordinating with departments to collect relevant documents, transaction data, and explanations required during audit reviews.

Prepare and update control checklists, compliance trackers, risk registers, and status reports to monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in analyzing high-risk transactions such as material reconciliation, subcontractor payments, client billing, asset management, and payroll processing to identify anomalies or red flags.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or B.Com/BBA with specialisation in Materials Management. Knowledge of ERP systems is essential.
