Procurement and logistics officer

As a Procurement & Logistics Officer, your role will involve managing purchasing, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely material delivery for ongoing projects. You will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating prices, and preparing purchase orders. Additionally, you will maintain inventory records, ensure proper documentation such as GRN, and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to facilitate smooth dispatch of materials. A crucial aspect of your role will be monitoring stock levels, tracking logistics, and proactively avoiding shortages or delays. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchasing activities and vendor coordination - Source reliable suppliers and negotiate prices - Prepare and process purchase orders - Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation including GRN - Coordinate with warehouse and project teams for efficient material dispatch - Monitor stock levels, track logistics, and prevent shortages or delays Qualifications Required: - Strong negotiation and coordination skills - Basic knowledge of solar or electrical materials - Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and follow-ups - Attention to detail and multitasking ability - Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics - Qualification preferred: Graduate/B.Com/BBA/Diploma in Supply Chain Thank you for considering this opportunity!,
