Procurement and Logistic Officer

You will be joining our team in Hyderabad, India as a Procurement and Logistics Officer. Your role will involve purchasing goods and services and ensuring the efficient flow of products from origin to final delivery, focusing on cost-effectiveness and timely fulfillment while upholding high-quality standards. Responsibilities: - Preparation of RFQ and Purchase Order - Monitoring and Control of Materials Inventory - Ensure all materials are supplied to site as per requirement - Collaborate with Operations Manager to determine material requirements for projects, aligning with project milestones - Address any issues with suppliers, such as delays or quality problems - Conduct regular supplier meetings and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements - Maintain Procurement Files and records - Build and maintain strong relationships with material suppliers - In charge of Logistics activities including: - Import and Export of materials - Liaison with shipping companies, suppliers, and consignees for shipments and collection of materials outside UAE - Ensure all shipments are monitored and materials are delivered on time Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in a procurement or logistics management role, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations - Experience with logistics and procurement software, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment If you are interested, please submit your CV and cover letter to recruitment@kaprel.com with the subject line: "Application for Procurement & Logistics Officer - India".,
