Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil construction projects.
• Forecast material requirements in coordination with project teams.
• Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
• Purchase Operations:
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Cost Control & Budgeting:
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and cost analysis

Qualifications:

• Civil Construction, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil procurement, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and vendor networks.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹57,632.80 per month
