What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. Roles and Responsibilities: 1)
What would you do?You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis andreconciling transactions boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The2) Accounts Payable Processing teamFocuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely andaccurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.Make payments using checks, wire, swift, direct debits etc. as part of invoice processing cycle. Additionally, execute manual payments and automated payment runs, run potential duplicatepayments report and take appropriate action and execute payment related controls.3) What are you looking for?Team player and quick learner having good logical/ reasoning skills.It would be value add if you are having knowledge of MS-Excel, Communication and good logical/ reasoning skills.4) Roles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelinesYour primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervisedYou will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in night shift and in rotational shifts if required.WFO/WFH - We are working on Hybrid model min 40% from Office.
