Process Trainer - Offline Merchants

Role Overview: As a Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct skills gap analyses, prepare learning material, and evaluate results after each training session. You will collaborate closely with our salespeople to identify the challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze day-to-day training needs for the Field Sales Executives team. - Create training curricula and estimate the budget required for its development. - Develop training materials such as outlines, handouts, etc. - Conduct training sessions for both new and current sales personnel. - Innovate new approaches and techniques to enhance training programs. - Gather feedback from trainers and trainees to identify any issues during the training process. - Measure the performance of trainees and generate results post-session. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training. - Advanced customer service and time management skills. - Excellent oral and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in designing effective training programs. - Strong coaching, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Capability to measure performance effectively. - Willingness to continuously experiment and improve.
