Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Conduct induction and process training for new hires as per business requirements. Deliver refresher training sessions for existing employees to enhance skills and productivity. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documents. Assess trainees’ understanding through assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations. Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees for performance improvement. Identify training needs and skill gaps in consultation with Operations/Quality team. Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports for management. Coordinate with process owners, team leaders, and quality auditors to update training content. Maintain training MIS and ensure timely submission of training records. Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies and standards.
