Process Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Track daily production/service metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Train and mentor new employees on processes and best practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Implement corrective actions for process deviations or inefficiencies.
  • Maintain safety and workplace compliance according to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in relevant field (Engineering, Operations, or Management).
  • 37 years of experience in process supervision or operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
