Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Process Specialist located in Kochi, Kerala, with some work from home acceptable. The Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, providing customer service support, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering training to both internal teams and clients. Daily tasks include assessing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing changes, and ensuring effective process utilization.
