Process Planning Engineer TCF Assembly Line

As a Process Planning Engineer with experience in TCF Assembly Line, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and driving digital transformation in vehicle assembly operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating product, process, and assembly hierarchies to optimize hours per vehicle and cycle time. - Collaborating with design teams to ensure early implementation of Design for Assembly/Manufacturing (DFA/DFM) principles. - Conducting product studies and defining assembly processes considering Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Ergonomics. - Associating parts, tools, and quality attributes with process definitions. - Executing preliminary Line Balancing, TAKT Time, and Cycle Time planning.
