Key Job Responsibilities

Identify Opportunities for Efficiency/Automation for the H2R
Facilitate the design of Automation Global Automation Initiatives and lead the design for Local initiatives for the H2R
Provide ongoing guidance to the Automation Partners and ensure Process changes are captured and implemented for the H2R
Drive Operational Service Performance for the H2R
Provide ongoing support to the Market Account Lead
Drive Continuous Improvement within the H2R with a focus on Operational Efficiency and feedback from Markets
Perform the role of the "FI Pillar Member" for the H2R and Coach teams to calculate the results from respective initiatives
