Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to company processes across all teams.
• Monitor, maintain, and coordinate internal operational workflows.
• Generate and analyze reports based on business requirements.
• Submit periodic team performance reports to management.
• Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) accurately and timely.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT tables, and other key functions.
• Strong presentation, email drafting, and follow-up skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
