Job Location : Okhla, Delhi Website: www.arisimulation.com Role Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the software testing efforts across our product portfolio. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and enhance testing frameworks that support both manual and automated testing needs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a track record of driving quality in complex systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee testing efforts for multiple projects, spanning manual and automation testing. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage of all business requirements. Build, manage, and scale automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Guide a team of testers, mentoring them and improving overall testing efficiency and quality standards. Manage defect lifecycle – from detection to resolution and verification. Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Drive improvements in QA tools, processes, and best practices. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases. Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of QA experience with a balanced mix of manual and automation testing. Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc. Strong command of writing SQL queries and working with databases. Hands-on experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong documentation and communication skills. Leadership experience in managing QA teams or processes is a strong advantage. Exposure to simulation software or domain knowledge in maritime is a plus.
