About the Role
We are inviting experienced maritime professionals—2nd Officers, 3rd Officers, Captains, and Marine Engineers—to join our Business Development & Domain Expert team.

This is a unique shore-based opportunity to leverage your seagoing experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with industry leaders, contribute to cutting-edge simulation projects, and play a key role in advancing the next generation of maritime solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide domain expertise for simulation and product development.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to create innovative maritime solutions.
• Engage with clients and industry professionals to understand operational needs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Maritime professionals with sailing experience (2nd/3rd Officers, Chief Officers, Captains, or Marine Engineers).
• Strong understanding of ship operations and bridge/engine room systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in transitioning to a shore-based, technology-oriented career.
