Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and execute process mining initiatives using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Use SQL to prepare, extract, and transform large datasets for analysis.
Integrate and analyze SAP data for accurate process insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track process improvements.
Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy policies throughout the data lifecycle.
Stay updated with emerging data engineering and process mining methodologies to enhance capabilities.
Communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Proven experience with Celonis EMS and process mining implementations.
Familiarity with SAP data structures and integration with mining tools.
Knowledge of Python for advanced data manipulation and automation.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
