🚨 We're Hiring: Process Manager (SEO / Link Building) 📍 Location: Work from Office – Kanpur 🕒 Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month 🧩 About the RoleAre you obsessed with processes, quality control, and making systems run smoothly? We're looking for a Process Manager to manage and streamline our SEO & Link Building operations — from instructions → execution → QA → reporting. You'll lead task management, ensure quality delivery, and help scale our digital workflows. 🛠️ Your ResponsibilitiesCreate & update SOPs and training materials Assign daily tasks & track progress (via Google Sheets, ClickUp, Airtable) Perform quality checks for backlinks, citations, Web 2.0s, etc. Deliver client-ready reports and handle internal communication Suggest improvements & automations to optimize workflows 🎯 What We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of SEO, backlinks, citations, etc. Experience managing remote teams or VAs High attention to detail & quality control Comfortable using tools like Docs, Sheets, Trello, Ahrefs Great communication skills with leadership potential 📈 Why Join Us?This role is crucial to maintaining quality and scaling systems without micro-management.
