Process Lead- SAF

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical excellence in the processing, design, engineering activities to ensure objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframe & budget.

1. Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are implemented to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.

2. Resource planning & allocation of the projects. Ensure delivery of documents as per project schedule.

3. Ensure adherence to engineering procedures and processes so that the rework & cost of poor quality is less than 1%.

4. Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety, engineering and quality standards and procedures are adhered to.

5. Provide technical support to the business development, estimating and onsite engineering teams, as and when required.

6. Able to suggest new ideas to improve performance(s).

7. Demonstrated inclusive leadership and excellent communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good knowledge of Chemical Engg. Principles & simulation tools.

2. Ability to learn new technologies and innovative thinking Skills.

3. Sound knowledge of Statutory requirements.

4. Sound knowledge of all engineering disciplines and commissioning.

5. Experience in technology development and commercialization.

6. Knowledge of Project Management.

7. Strong Commercial acumen and Customer Focus.

8. Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills

9. Analytical & problem solving skills
