Process Lead Engineer

As a Process Lead Engineer, you will need to hold a B Tech / B.E. Chemical degree with 13 to 17 years of experience in Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Petro-chemical / Refinery/ O&G sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and engineering Process plants in accordance with Global Codes, Standards, and Best Engineering Practices. Having knowledge of company standards will be considered an added advantage. Your duties will involve preparing and reviewing simulations (Aspen/Hysys), H&MB, PFD, UFD, P&IDs, Process equipment and Instrument datasheets, conducting vendor technical bid evaluations, and other process engineering activities for PDP, FEED, DEP projects. You will also be responsible for preparing process and utility package data sheets, reviewing vendor documents, participating in PHA, HAZOP, and various design & safety studies. Additionally, you will be required to prepare proposals, liaise with Clients and Site engineers, comprehend project scope requirements, oversee engineering efforts across multiple projects, and coordinate with engineering teams at the home office. Establishing work processes to ensure compliance with Quality requirements, reviewing work plans to meet progress targets and schedule requirements will be part of your job role. You will be expected to keep the task force informed about project developments/decisions affecting their work areas and ensure the proper implementation of the change management system in terms of effort hours, schedule, and material impacts. You will also have to check all engineering and design deliverables, perform peer reviews & QC checks, and participate in gate reviews. Proficiency in software such as Aspen Plus, Hysys, Unisim, KORF, HTRI, FlareNet, AFT Fathom/Arrow/Impulse, PipeNet, etc. is essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree. The work location is on-site in Vadodara with a day shift schedule.,
