Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and optimize
tube mill operations
including
tube forming, HF/ERW welding, sizing, annealing, and cutting
.
Ensure
hands-on process control
and troubleshooting across all tube mill stages.
Drive
tooling design and development
for forming rolls, mandrels, and cutting dies.
Implement and sustain
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
practices across tube mill equipment.
Maintain high standards of
Daily Work Management (DWM)
including shift-wise monitoring, issue tracking, and escalation.
Collaborate with
international equipment and tooling suppliers
for process improvements and benchmarking.
Conduct
PFMEA
, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
Support
new product development
by defining tube specifications and validating prototypes.
Work closely with
shop floor teams
to ensure process stability, uptime, and production efficiency.
Maintain and update
process documentation
, SOPs, and control plans.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven
hands-on experience
in
tube mill operations
for heat exchangers.
Strong knowledge of
HF/ERW welding
,
annealing
, and
tooling development
.
TPM practitioner with experience in preventive and autonomous maintenance systems.
Strong command over
Daily Work Management
practices and production discipline.
Experience in working with
international suppliers
and equipment manufacturers.
Proficiency in
PFMEA
, SPC, and process troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Tools & Software:

CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
MS Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
FMEA and SPC tools
