Role & responsibilities Lead and optimize tube mill operations including tube forming, HF/ERW welding, sizing, annealing, and cutting . Ensure hands-on process control and troubleshooting across all tube mill stages. Drive tooling design and development for forming rolls, mandrels, and cutting dies. Implement and sustain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices across tube mill equipment. Maintain high standards of Daily Work Management (DWM) including shift-wise monitoring, issue tracking, and escalation.
