Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US customers to address queries and concerns • Deliver accurate, helpful information with professionalism and clarity • Maintain detailed call logs and ensure timely follow-ups •Meet performance benchmarks for quality and productivity • Foster positive customer relationships through empathy and effective communication

What Youll Need:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) •Prior experience in US voice process/customer support is a plus • Willingness to work night shifts •Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools • Active listening skills and a solution-oriented approach
