Job Description

Job Summary:

The Process Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth workflow, accuracy, and efficiency across departments. The role involves coordination, documentation, and communication to maintain process quality and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily process activities between departments.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation, records, and reports.
  • Monitor workflow and ensure timely task completion.
  • Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Identify bottlenecks and assist in process optimization.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Assist in training and guiding new team members.
  • Provide administrative support to management as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
