Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for tracking purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Meet performance targets set by management for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers welcome). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com, BBA, etc.). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling both voice process (phone calls) and non-voice processes (email/chat).
