Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Process Executive will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering customer support. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining communication with clients. The role also involves using analytical skills to improve processes and contribute to the efficiency of the team.

• Proficient in Analytical Skills
• Well equipped with CRM and application submission to the university.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
