Job Role:

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness in the production of electronic products. The role involves process setup, improvement, troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for TWS earbuds, soundbars and speaker assembly.
• Analyze process flow, cycle time and production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing and layout planning to enhance productivity.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining and validating manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality, ESD and safety standards across production lines.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs and work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles.

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Industrial/Production Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, assembly line processes and testing procedures.
• Experience in line balancing, lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Familiarity with process documentation, SOPs and ISO standards.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
