Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

must have Background in Process engineering

Experience: 2 years+

Role & responsibilities

Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and variability. Prepare Debottlenecking & capacity enhancement proposal of existing plant.
Able to do material and energy balance.
Well versed in Basic engineering calculation.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
Drive innovation and the adoption of new methodologies to maintain a competitive edge
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
