Process Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Generate the required scientific data and provide modifications if any.
• Provide the Documents, P&ID, PFD, PDS, and Material & Energy Balance, costing sheet to New Product as well as Existing Products.
• Responsible technology transfer activities like Monitoring R & D lab batches, equipment select, Equipment Mapping, Modifications in plant according to process.
• Plan for Pilot Plant trial batches, Validation batches for new products as well as Scale up or Scale down batches for existing Products.
• Responsible for Capacity enhancement, Capacity de-bottle necking, Time cycle reduction, Yield Improvement and Solvent recovery improvement.
• Test and Investigate new technologies from R & D and improve on existing processes.
• Carry out HAZOP study of existing product as well as new products.
• To manage Pre-commissioning, Qualifications & commissioning activities of new plants.
• Coordination with other departments (Production/Engineering/Utility/Safety/Consultants) and line functional officers involved in projects for effective execution.
• Review and approve documents by vendors and relevant third parties.
• Prepare comparative statements for various equipment & submit for procurement.
• Responsible for meeting with cross functional departments.
• Responsible for the Pilot plant activity.
• Responsible for scale up activity from R & D to Pilot plant to plant.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
