Job Description

New product scale up – Risk assessment of RM and exothermic reaction, training, supervision and 3 batches delivered.
Quality failure investigation and quality improvement plan (in case of frequent failures of products).
Work with R&D to finalise reprocess / salvage plan for failed batches and supervise if required.
Maintain BOM and process instruction for each IPC along with kettle mapping, BCT & min batch size.
Make action plans in case of any capacity bottleneck.
Drive cost improvement plan.
Risk assessment of plant – exothermic reactions and hazardous chemical handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
