Job Description

You are invited to apply for the position of Process Developer, Invoice to Cash at Genpact. As a part of our global professional services and solutions firm, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations related to cash application, ensuring SLA compliance, and resolving queries from customers. Your responsibilities will include making collection calls, emailing/faxing invoices, managing unidentified cash, processing cash applications, and reconciling orders to match customer books. You will also be required to follow up on disputes, customer questions, and collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution. To qualify for this role, you must hold a graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com) and possess strong English language skills. Freshers are welcome to apply. Preferred qualifications include significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash and strong interpersonal skills such as clear communication and problem-solving abilities. This full-time position as a Process Developer is based in Jodhpur, India.
