Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Process Excellence to join our Operations team. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of the after-sales process for household solar plant installations, from order receipt to subsidy disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and streamline one or more stages of the post-sales process, which may include:
  • - Order validation & documentation
  • - Bill of Materials (BOM) confirmation
  • - Government portal applications for subsidy approvals
  • - Loan processing coordination
  • - Dispatch and logistics follow-up
  • - Installation & commissioning support
  • - Subsidy claim tracking
  • - Accounts receivable (AR) closure
Candidates may be assigned to a single process or multiple processes based on business needs.
  • Coordinate between multiple departments, the internal process excellence team, and
customers (in select cases) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify gaps, improve workflows, and implement best practices for faster turnaround and higher customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports for process monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with government norms, subsidy guidelines, and company SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA (Operations / General Management preferred)
  • 26 years of relevant experience in operations, process excellence, or customer lifecycle management (renewable energy/solar industry experience preferred).
  • Strong process orientation with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of government portal processes, subsidy schemes, and documentation handling will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM tools.
