Process Coordinator

As a Process Coordinator at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of all core work processes. You will be responsible for maintaining strong follow-up across teams, tracking task statuses, and preventing any delays or gaps in execution. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and quality execution of all core work processes through strong follow-up. - Regularly track progress on key activities across departments such as creative, production, and client servicing. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and awareness of deliverables. - Identify and address any delays or gaps in execution. - Maintain up-to-date documentation, task trackers, and address issues to the Head of Department. - Support project and operations teams in daily task planning and process streamlining. - Ensure accountability by checking in regularly with responsible team members. - Provide inputs to enhance internal workflow and efficiency. - Regularly review and update all processes, taking prompt actions upon identifying any deviations or issues. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or admin role (experience in the event industry is a plus). Additional Company Details: - Salary Range: Up to 15k - 20k per month (depending on experience and skillset). - Experience Required: 1-2 years.
