Job Description

As a Process Coordinator at Oytra, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our processes. Your strong time management skills will be put to the test as you coordinate various tasks and projects within the company. Your proficiency in both spoken and written English will be essential in effectively communicating with team members and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Have meetings with All Team Members to align their tasks, set clear expectations
  • Monitor Work & Output of all Team Members
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other external stakeholders to smooth operations & inward processes
  • Troubleshoot and solve day-to-day problems
  • Assist Founders in day-to-day activities
