Job Title: Process Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Process Coordinator to help streamline our operations. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating workflows, ensuring processes run smoothly, and improving operational efficiency across teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational processes.
Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Assist management in implementing new processes and SOPs.
Support in resolving operational challenges and process bottlenecks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in operations, process management, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic process management tools.
