As a Process Coordinator cum Jr. Executive Assistant, your role will involve supporting organizational workflows and senior management by monitoring processes, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and providing administrative assistance. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Process Coordination: - Monitor and track organizational processes (FMS, IMS, flow charts, dashboards) for accuracy and compliance. - Ensure smooth cross-departmental communication and follow-up on tasks. - Identify bottlenecks in workflows and escalate for timely resolution. - Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and documentation for process audits. - Executive Assistance: - Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings for senior management. - Prepare minutes of meetings, follow-up on action items, and ensure closure within deadlines. - Handle confidential data, correspondence, and presentations. - Coordinate travel, events, and logistics as required. - Operational Support: - Act as a central point of contact for process-related queries. - Assist in preparing performance and status reports for management reviews. - Support in implementing SOPs and monitoring adherence. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace. - Ability to create and monitor trackers, flowcharts, and reports. - Good communication skills (written & verbal). - High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Qualifications: - Graduate in Business Administration / Management or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in process coordination, MIS, or EA support roles. - Exposure to FMS/IMS or process monitoring systems preferred.
