Process Controller Executive

As a Process Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing industrial or operational processes to ensure efficient production and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include: - Continuously monitoring production or operational processes to ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and quality requirements. - Controlling parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed using SCADA or similar systems. - Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or enhance existing ones. - Maintaining a strong focus on product quality and conducting periodic quality checks. - Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues or deviations in the process flow. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field. - Good communication skills and proficiency in Advance Excel. - Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial/manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of process optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance. - Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with management. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
