Process Control Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager (Process Control) at the denim fabric manufacturing plant in Howrah, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain process and machine parameters in various production areas such as weaving, dyeing, finishing, and other denim production zones. Your expertise in denim mill shop floor operations is crucial for ensuring process consistency, reducing rejections, supporting audits, troubleshooting quality or operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement through close collaboration with operations and QA teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in stabilizing processes by implementing corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.
