Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with business units to understand current processes and identify automation opportunities. Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts or bots using platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Document as-is and to-be process flows Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure performance and stability. Work with IT and security teams to ensure automation solutions meet compliance and security standards. Assist in training end-users and preparing user manuals. Provide timely updates, logs, and reports on automation projects to stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 2 years of hands-on experience in process automation, preferably with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.). Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript). Familiarity with APIs and process integration concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
