Job Description

In the role of AC-DET Process Specialist at PwC, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, execution, and process improvement of Deployment Enablement processes. Working independently or as part of a team, you will contribute towards achieving the desired outcomes and possess a good understanding of the Deployment function, particularly in Talent Supply-chain, workforce management, and resource management. You will also be aligned or realigned to a specialized workstream based on business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure that all steps in a process are completed correctly and on time. - Execute or implement processes, procedures, or methods as per the prescribed SOP guidelines and SLA requirements. - Execute activities for multiple work streams or processes independently, determining the priority of tasks. - Utilize analytical ability through troubleshooting and evaluating various systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel. - Make decisions and solve problems independently, consulting with a supervisor on more difficult issues as needed. - Assist the deployment team on other operational and backend activities, as per the approved service requests. - Report to the Process SME on the timely completion of prescribed process steps daily. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - 2-5 years of relevant experience. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, it is preferred that you have previous experience working in a Consulting firm or Big 4 Deployment function with expertise in MIS, Reporting, Operation process execution, and Compliance checking. **Desired Skills and Experiences:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proactive, flexible, able to think creatively, and solve problems outside of the box. - Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. - Demonstrate learning agility to adapt to new processes and unlearn obsolete ones. - Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw intelligent inferences will be a key success factor. - Proficiency in reporting, workflow, and business analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Advanced Excel, and Power Apps. - Maintain confidentiality about all employee, client, and company records. - Knowledge of reporting, data design, and analysis for different deployment needs. - Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities. **Tool Knowledge:** - Preferred: Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint - Required: Advanced Excel As an AC-DET Process Specialist at PwC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient deployment of employees within the organization, contributing to the overall success of the team and delivering value for clients. Your proactive approach, analytical skills, and ability to adapt to changing environments will be key in meeting the challenges presented in this role.,
