Job Location:

As a process associate you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. This role requires candidates with strong communication and critical thinking ability.

Roles and responsibilities

Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs
Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements(E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.)
Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.) as defined.

Core Competencies:

Arts and Science graduates - (2025 batch preferred)
Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Excel Knowledge
Willing to work in US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
