Job Summary

Essential Job Duties

Basic knowledge of business operation
Proficient in maintaining clear and professional communication through email and phone interactions.
Maintain database for Indirect tax payments
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to certificate capture processes.
Communicate effectively with team members including management, and other departments of the company as needed.
Assuming other duties and projects assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a Graduate degree
1 to 2 years of relevant Industry experience
Reliable math skills
Good English communication skills both - spoken & written.
Accurate and efficient reconciliation skills
