Carry out projects process & work product audits to verify the compliances of projects (Plant Engineering domain)
To interact with customers during client audits/evaluations.To participate in external audits.To monitor projects Metric and initiate actions as necessary.Assist project teams on QMS/Standards, Procedures, Project Quality Plans and use of templates etc.Identify process gaps and trigger improvements.Initiate & conduct root cause analysis for client escations and internal watchouts.Escalating non-conformance to Sr. Management and follow up for timely closure.
