Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for proposal preparation, basic and detailed engineering design for water and wastewater treatment plants, including ZLD systems. The role involves technical analysis, client coordination, equipment sizing, cost estimation, and support throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze enquiries, clarify client requirements, and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
Prepare Basic Engineering Package (BEP) documents process descriptions, mass balance, equipment sizing, utility and hydraulic calculations.
Design water and wastewater systems including SBR, MBR, ASP, RO, UF, DM, and ion-exchange units.
Develop BOQs, costing sheets, and project CAPEX/OPEX estimates.
Provide input for plant layouts (new or retrofit) and prepare GA drawings for process units and buildings.
Conduct client/consultant meetings for document approvals and project reviews.
Prepare control philosophy, O&M manuals, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Planning, Procurement, Execution), vendors, and consultants.
Review vendor drawings/documents and perform technical bid evaluations.
Analyze tenders and raise technical/commercial pre-bid queries.
