Process Analyst- Supplier Experience- Accounts Payable

In this role, you will need to adapt readily to change, multitask, and work in a team while communicating effectively and building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders. **Role Responsibilities:** - End to End Invoice processing activity - Ensure timely accounting of Invoice as per SLA - Raise Queries appropriately in the system and follow-up - Ensure correct GL Account is posted for 2-way invoice - Handle emails from Internal stakeholders - Attend daily meetings on Invoice-processing - Handle key vendor analysis on a timely basis - Track critical transactions to avoid process delays - Operate and adhere to all relevant PTP controls in your area of work **Experience / Skills Required:** - 4-6 years of experience in a computerized accounting department of a large, reputable commercial organization - Proficiency in Invoice processing in SAP & Query Handling - Customer care and team playing skills **Qualifications:** - University graduate, preferably in B.Com, BBA, or BBM **Essential Skills:** - Good understanding of AP process - Experience in Invoice processing and Vendor reconciliation - Understanding of accounting At our company, flexibility is key to success.
