Process Analyst - Q2C - Provisions/Sales Operations

As a Process Analyst in the Revenue Operations Quote to Cash Strategy and Operations team at Salesforce, your main focus will be on providing services to customers, handling customer escalations, and driving operational initiatives. You will report to the Manager of the Quote to Cash Strategy & Operations, contributing immediately in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple responsibilities and delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities: - Understand the end-to-end provisioning/entitlements process and its impacts - Generate provisioning/entitlement monitoring reports and take necessary steps for timely delivery of Salesforce functionality - Address process & policy queries and cases, escalating issues when required - Make decisions, resolve issues using your knowledge, skills, and judgment - Execute recurring data updates accurately and in a timely manner - Identify and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency - Conduct audits to identify defects - Document and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows Required Skills/Experience: - 2 to 5 years of experience in CPQ and Order Management Systems - Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform and working knowledge of Lucidcharts - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace apps - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, willingness to engage in constructive debates, and quick thinking - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in adaptable situations - Capability to comprehend broader business and financial issues, handle multiple projects and tasks, and work effectively with deadlines in a fast-paced setting - Strong attention to detail - Team-oriented mindset - Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and independent thinking with consideration for cross-functional and downstream impacts.,
