Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Analyst located in Hyderabad. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, managing business processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role will involve daily analysis, process mapping, documentation, and implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process analysis capabilities
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
