Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Voice - Non-IT Operations professional with 2 to 4 years of experience. The position is located in Hyderabad. The day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing sales operations, training new team members, and handling various communication channels effectively. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets and managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
