Job Description

BCOM, BBM, BBA, Mcom, MBA Graduates, preferably having banking operation/ Fraud alerts experience of 2 -3 years

Roles and Responsibility

  • Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure process adherence and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital operations and process analysis principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with process management tools and software is an asset.
