Job Description

BCOM, BBM, BBA, Mcom, MBA Graduates, preferably having banking operation/ Fraud alerts experience of 2 -3 years

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure process adherence and quality.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital operations and process analysis principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with process management tools and software is an asset.
