Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring real-time queues to identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio. This includes observing customer transactions to detect fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, floating, kiting fraud, and other similar risks. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying fraudulent transactions and taking appropriate action by either holding or acquitting the transaction based on fraud analysis. - Resolving queued transactions within service level agreements to mitigate potential revenue losses. - Interacting with banks and customers to validate information and confirm or cancel authorizations. Qualifications required: - Previous experience in fraud detection or financial risk management. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with banks and customers.
